Key architectural features include clean, minimalist design lines, custom rounded partition walls that seamlessly guide movement through the reception area, and private treatment rooms tailored to house advanced medical technology. his 50-unit condominium project involved comprehensive general contracting from the ground up, coordinating structural framing, masonry brickwork, and commercial window installations. The interior scope required managing the layout, MEP infrastructure, and finishes for all 50 suites. Executed under strict safety standards and local building codes, the project was delivered on time, resulting in a modern, high-quality residential building optimized for urban living.

High-End Hospitality Design-Build
For this ultra-premium, modern restaurant project, we pushed the boundaries of hospitality design by executing a completely turnkey environment sculpted entirely from custom metal and architectural concrete.
Aside from the loose seating, every single architectural element and interior detail was custom-engineered, fabricated, and installed by our in-house team. The project showcases complex, fluid geometries from the massive, sculptured metallic ceiling hoods and multi-tiered integrated LED column wraps to the organic, curvilinear concrete water features and custom exterior elements. By controlling the entire lifecycle from raw workshop metal fabrication and specialized concrete casting to final structural positioning, we seamlessly translated a highly ambitious, industrial-luxury concept into a flawless, functional masterpiece of modern dining.
Modern Architecture Through Traditional Craft
his custom residential project demonstrates how traditional materials and time-honored methods can be re-engineered to define modern, luxury architecture. The design uses a sophisticated palette of natural stone, rich wood siding, and classic asphalt roofing, but applies them with the sharp geometries and clean lines of minimalist design.
The exterior showcases a masterful juxtaposition of textures: rugged, hand-laid ashlar stone masonry anchoring the lower volumes, contrasted against warm, horizontally oriented wood timber cladding above. Deep structural overhangs and stark black window profiles give the traditional medium a decidedly progressive, contemporary silhouette. Inside, the narrative continues with classic architectural features such as elegant tray ceilings, custom wainscoting, and deep-veined marble flooring reinterpreted through an open-concept, light-filled floor plan. By merging classic material integrity with forward-thinking spatial design, we created a timeless estate that feels entirely grounded yet thoroughly modern.

Along with traditional concrete work, we specialize in high-end colored and stamped concrete using premium stamping systems that create a more natural and authentic appearance.
